What Happens Inside the Session
Before a single step is chosen: a complete barrier analysis. Condition, inflammation, congestion pattern, history, all of it, considered. Then, a plan for that appointment. Specific to your skin, that day. Never a standard protocol applied to everyone.
Peels. LED therapy. Dermaplaning. Extractions. Masks. Selected and sequenced with intention, based on what your skin needs, and where your plan is headed. Deliberate, every time.

You're never expected to arrive knowing what your skin needs, or what to book. That decision happens inside the session, based on what your skin requires that day. Not guessed at in advance.
Lifestyle and health, weighed with the same care as the skin in front of me. Sleep. Stress. Hormones. History. Daily habits. All of it shapes what your skin can hold, and all of it factors into your plan, not just what's visible on the surface.
Every step, discussed before it happens. If your skin calls for an adjustment mid-session, that adjustment happens with you. In the room. Never without you.
Comfort and Recovery
Comfort varies, person to person, shaped by individual tolerance. Some steps carry more discomfort than others, and even that differs, client to client. Where numbing is appropriate, it's offered. Always, as reassurance.
Recovery is individual: skin response, overall health, immune function, all of it. A few hours of mild redness, or several days of visible healing. Your expected window is outlined in your plan, before you leave.

Before Your Appointment
Clean, makeup-free skin. No retinoids or exfoliating acids for three days prior. No sun exposure or self-tanner for seven days. Intake form completed online, before you arrive.
