Policies

At Nylo Room, appointment times are reserved intentionally to allow for thoughtful, results-focused care. To protect that time and support schedule availability for all clients, the following policies apply.

Deposits

A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your service total at the time of your visit.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or appointment change. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 72 hours of the scheduled time will forfeit the deposit.

No-Shows

Missed appointments without notice will forfeit the deposit.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late and there is not enough time to complete your treatment safely or fully, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit will be forfeited.

New Clients

All new clients begin with the Nylo Skin Session unless otherwise directed. This allows time for proper assessment and treatment planning.

Changes by Nylo Room

If Nylo Room needs to reschedule your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date or otherwise handled at our discretion.
